Self-paced Learning Refund Policy
All purchases made towards the Self-paced courses are final. No refunds are made since you have immediate access to the product and materials upon purchase. There are no extensions, discounts, and credits on any of the self-paced courses.
Live Courses, Subscription, Certification, Cancelation & Refund Policy
Refund can be claimed up to 14 days from the day of sign up before attending the first session. No refund will be made if the aforementioned criteria not met.
No refund will be made when the claim is made after the commencement of the course, and for advance payments. Refund will be made to the channel (credit / debit card, net banking, etc.) you used while making the payment.
The approved refunds will be processed and credited within 14 days.
